• All entitlements listed are valid on the dates stated and not exchangeable for cash/ refund.
• Confirmation is subject to room availability
• Payment made are non-refundable if package is cancel or not utilized
• No amendment are allowed once booking guaranteed with payment
• Should there be any discrepancies to the above, Genting Malaysia Berhad will charge agent based on what is purchased at normal walk in rates
• Management reserves the right to alter, amend, delete or add to these conditions or withdraw the package at any time without prior notice
